1. Provider
The site is operated by vrgammes.com, a private entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 49649753, Office 12, 3rd Floor, 42 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 03150. Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" these Terms govern use of the site and orders for interior design documentation.
2. Services and scope
We prepare interior design documentation: concept and layout drawings, technical drawings, specifications and consultations. Scope, deliverables, number of revisions, price basis (fixed fee or hourly rate) and timelines are fixed in a written agreement signed before work begins.
3. Client obligations
You must provide accurate data on the premises, permits and measurements, use the documentation lawfully and not resell or distribute it without written consent. Late or incomplete input data extends agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual property
Materials on this site and in our documentation remain our property. Rights of use are granted only to the extent stated in the agreement.
5. Liability
Documentation is based on client-supplied data. We are not liable for third-party or contractor decisions, or for deviations from the documentation on site.
6. Complaints and consumer rights
Send complaints to contact@vrgammes.com or +380 679 839 8433; we reply within 10 business days. Consumer rights and out-of-court dispute resolution follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7. Language, advertising, data
Legal notices are available in Ukrainian per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language"; this English text is additional. Statements here are not unverifiable guarantees under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising". Personal data is processed per Law of Ukraine No. 4004-IX "On Personal Data Protection"; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes are heard by Ukrainian courts, without limiting your consumer rights.
