Every line states what was specified, where it goes, the supplier reference, and what happens if the product is discontinued mid-project.

04 / Scope boundaries
Even drawings contractors can build from have an edge. These items sit outside the studio scope unless we agree them separately in writing.
Load calculations and engineer stamps stay with your structural engineer. We coordinate their decisions into the architectural drawings.
Demolition notices, building permits and building-control inspections are handled by your appointed permit consultant.
Site labour, demolition, installation and making good are carried out by your contractor. We answer technical queries and review samples.
Supplier orders, deposits, delivery, assembly and returns are outside the fee. The material schedule records decisions, not purchases.
Appliance selection, low-voltage design, commissioning and smart-home programming need separate specialists.
Terraces, planting, external drainage and facade upgrades are scoped as separate packages if the project includes them.
